EDC London 2013 Announced for July!
Earlier today Insomniac officially announced that Electric Daisy Carnival would be crossing the Atlantic and going to London on July 20th this year! Can you say last minute?! This gives us ONLY 3 months to prepare for EDC!
1 Day Festival
Now granted, this is going to be the shortest Electric Daisy Carnival this year at only 1 day in London compared to the 2-3 day festivals in the US, BUT keep in mind that many of the EDC fans in Europe don’t have the chance to fly halfway across the world for EDC. And this is only the beginning… if all of the cards play out right, we might be able to enjoy an Electric Daisy Carnival festival in Europe at the caliber of EDC Las Vegas very soon! Maybe later in 2013… *cross your fingers*
EDC London Venue
Electric Daisy Carnival will be hosted at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London this year and tickets will go on sale on Tuesday April 9th 2013. You can buy tickets here any time after 10 AM BST on April 9th. *Hint* Bookmark this page now. The link will be working once tickets are available for purchase. I can’t say how fast it will sell out. BUT I can tell you that Europe’s largest rave for 2013 TomorrowLand sold out almost the instant tickets became available. So tell your friends and BE READY to buy your EDC London tickets on April 9th. The EDC London ticket prices are looking to be £47.50 ticket + fees on TicketMaster. *Update* It’s now the 3rd release tickets and prices are up to £65 + fees. Remember to book your hotel as soon as you buy your tickets. Trust us on this one…. EDC festivals tend to double or even triple the prices of nearby hotels, especially after tickets go on sale and vacancy drops. Here are our recommendations for where to stay during EDC London.
